A hands-on training retreat for therapists who want to deepen their skills, feel confident in their work, and grow a facial sculpting practice that attracts the right clients who value your work and are willing to pay more for your expertise.
Imagine training in the peaceful surroundings of an old Spanish farmhouse.
A tranquil space, far from the hectic pressures of everyday life.
In the mornings we’ll work outside, surrounded by stunning scenery and the sounds of nature, and inside to the cool shade when the sun gets too hot.
Here, you can disconnect from digital devices and professional pressures, focus on learning, and reconnect with yourself.
Each day follows a clear structure that supports steady, confident learning, allowing time to focus, ask questions and enjoy the experience.
You complete the theory work before you arrive, so our time together is hands-on practice and demonstrations.
- We begin with a live demonstration of the technique, allowing you to observe the full treatment, understand flow, pressure, and sequencing, and ask questions before practice begins.
- Following the demonstration, students work on each other so you can experience the treatment yourself and develop an embodied understanding before models arrive.
- You then move into supervised practice with three models in each discipline, allowing repetition, refinement, and confidence to build naturally.
This structured approach ensures you properly integrate techniques and return clinic-ready.
What you’ll master in your training
- 3 clinic-ready 30-minute facial sculpting routines, each effective on its own but extra powerful when combined.
- Gua Sha Facial Sculpting: A precise, flowing treatment that supports lymphatic drainage, reduces puffiness and restores natural facial vitality. Kit is included in retreat fee.
- Natural Facelift Massage: A sculpting massage that supports lift, tone and circulation through skilled hands and intelligent sequencing.
- Facial Cupping: Targeted technique to support circulation, tone and detoxification while enhancing facial structure. Kit is included in retreat fee.
On the final training day, we bring all 3 disciplines together into a 90-minute Facial Sculpting Mastery Treatment, a premium, signature experience for your clients.

- 30-minute express treatments: A taster for new clients or a high-value option for clients who don’t have much time and need the treatment to fit into their busy schedules.
- 60-minute standalone treatments: A premium experience designed to deliver visible results to encourage repeat bookings.
- 90-minute combined facial sculpting treatment: Your signature facial to deepen the results and demonstrate the treatment’s value, positioning you as a skilled specialist.
Certification is completed post-retreat through case studies, ensuring confident and professional implementation in the clinic.
Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival & Orientation
Welcome to paradise!
Morning arrival at Alicante airport with transfer to Casa Torreta Blanca (included in the price). Welcome drinks – Pat and Jane’s famous Royal Sangria and tapas.
Before settling in, perhaps treat yourself to a relaxing treatment.
Late afternoon: Watch a live Gua Sha practical demo to ease into the retreat experience.
Day 2: Gua Sha Mastery
8am-1.30pm: Hands-on experience, repeated model practice (kit included in retreat price).
Afternoon is free to chill or try some of the amazing treatments on offer.
Evening: After dinner, experience a magical star-lit meditation to soothe mind and body.
Day 3: Natural Facelift Massage
8am-1.30pm: Deep dive into the art of the natural facelift massage; a skill your clients will love.
Afternoon is free to chill or try some of the amazing treatments on offer.
Evening: After dinner, relax with a soul-nourishing sound healing session in our enchanting Moroccan courtyard.
Day 4: Facial Cupping
8am – 1.30 pm: Hands-on Facial Cupping training (kit included) – discover this ancient, results-driven technique.
Afternoon is free to chill or try some of the amazing treatments on offer.
Evening: Open-air cinema under the stars, complete with popcorn and ice cream. OR choose to explore the local nightlife with your new friends.
Day 5: Explore & Restore
A day of exploration!
We head to Mojacar Pueblo for breakfast (included in price) and free time in this charming mountain-top village.
Next stop: Mojacar Playa for a beach stroll, then a scenic drive to a stunning restaurant for lunch (~€20, not included in the retreat price).
Time for ice cream! A visit to a famous ice cream parlour by the beach. (Not included in retreat price)
Return to Casa Torreta Blanca to unwind.
Day 6: Ultimate Facial Sculpting Treatment
9am-3 pm: Bringing all three disciplines together into a complete 90-minute signature treatment.
Evening: After dinner, relax with a beautiful meditation to consolidate your learning.

We’re not a busy training centre, by design.
This retreat takes place in a thoughtfully restored Spanish farmhouse in Southern Spain, where the only background noise is likely to be birds, Cicadas or the muffled sounds of Pat, prepping dinner in the kitchen.

How is this different from a standard training course?
This retreat prioritises hands-on practice and small-group learning. You complete the theory in advance, so our time together is spent refining technique and building confidence to offer this treatment as soon as you get back to your business.
Is certification included?
Yes. Certification is completed after the retreat through a series of supported case studies.
Do I need prior experience with facial sculpting?
